Max age limit: 25 years,

Qualification: matriculation or equivalent  qualification from

 Recognized board with diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology.

2.Junior Radiographer: Total posts=03 Pay scale  5200-20200+Grade Pay 2000

Max age limit :25 years

Qualification: matriculation or equivalent  qualification from

 Recognized board. Diploma or certificate in Radiography from recognized institute.

3.O.T. Assistant : Total posts=08 Pay scale  5200-20200+Grade Pay 1900

Max age limit :25 years

Qualification: matriculation or equivalent  qualification from Recognized

 board. O.T. Assistant training or one year experience in the in the field In a hospital.

4.CSR Assistant: Total posts=03 Pay scale  5200-20200+Grade Pay 1900

Max age limit: 25 years Qualification: matriculation or equivalent  qualification from

 Recognized board with CSR assistant training course from a recognized institute,

With 3 years experience in CSR of a large hospital.

5. Optometrist/Refractionist: Total posts=13 Pay scale 5200-20200+Grade Pay 2800

Max age limit :25 years Qualification: matriculation or equivalent qualification from

 Recognized board with diploma in optometry/orthoptist.

Essential conditions for appointment

1.   Pay scale and all other allowances as per central government rated are applicable.

2.   Age limit is relax able up to 35 years in case of government servants and employees
